Payment Options
Public surgeries – to schedule your surgery spot, please call us at (704) 784-6304 or submit an online “Request Appointment” form above. We do not accept walk-ins. We require full payment to book your appointment and hold your slot. You can still add additional services on the morning of surgery. Once the surgery is scheduled, you can reschedule one time before losing your pre-payment as long as you notify us 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows morning of surgery may lose their pre-payment.
We accept the following forms of payment:

A 3% credit card processing charge is applied to card payments
ROWAN COUNTY VOUCHERS
We proudly accept Rowan County spay/neuter
vouchers.
NO CHECKS
We do not accept personal checks.
NO CARECREDIT
We do not accept CareCredit.
**A late fee of $25 will be charged if a pet is not picked up at the designated time of 2 pm the same day. We close our building promptly at 3 pm after all animals have left. Any animal that has not been picked up at closing will have to stay overnight and incur an overnight fee of $50. Please be aware that no member of our staff is on the premises overnight, and the owner assumes all risk for their unattended pet. CSNC is not responsible for any personal items brought in with a pet. Thank you for respecting our policies so that our Non-Profit Organization may continue to provide low-cost surgeries.**
